Screamin Eagles Operations is a nonprofit founded by Compton native Andrew “Harley-Drew” Thompson, created to inspire and motivate inner city youth through mentorship, real-world experiences, and the pursuit of discipline, purpose, and community. We help young people discover their strengths, explore career paths, and believe in what’s possible no matter their barriers.

Andrew “Harley-Drew” Thompson
Compton native, mentor, and lifelong motorcyclist dedicated to giving youth the support he didn’t have growing up. Harley-Drew created Screamin Eagles Operations to show young people that discipline, purpose, and community can change the trajectory of their lives.
Through rides, mentorship, and real-world exposure, he helps youth build confidence, identity, and direction.
